At NexGen Rehab and Wellness, every treatment session is provided one-on-one by an experienced Manual Physiotherapist & Certified Health & Wellness Coach. Sessions are available in 30-minute, or 60-minute appointments based on your individual needs.

Treatment pricing varies depending on the services provided. Please call us at (951) 344-6141 to discuss pricing and determine if our services are the right fit for you.
We are a fee-for-service practice and are not in-network with insurance providers. Upon request, we can provide detailed receipts and treatment codes for patients wishing to submit self-claims for possible reimbursement.

Today, many insurance plans come with high deductibles, large copays, and limited physical therapy coverage. In many cases, patients actually spend less out of pocket with our focused, one-on-one care model than they would at traditional in-network clinics.

Insurance Reimbursement
Most non-Medicare patients may submit self-claims to their insurance provider for possible reimbursement of out-of-network physical therapy services. Reimbursement amounts depend on your individual insurance plan.
We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to ask about:
- Out-of-network physical therapy benefits
- Deductible requirements
- Reimbursement eligibility
Medicare Patients
Because we are not participating Medicare providers, Medicare cannot be billed for physical therapy services at our clinic. Patients who choose to receive care with us must elect private-pay services without Medicare involvement.
