Our Mobility and Injury Risk Assessment is designed to identify any risk factors that could prevent you from achieving your fitness/athletic goals. We will walk you through a head to toe, joint and soft tissue, movement and flexibility assessment to look for possible restrictions and altered biomechanics that may leave you prone to injury.
