NexGen Rehab and Wellness is a Mobile (we come to you) and Telehealth Service that offers a variety of packages of Physiotherapy, Health & Wellness Coaching and Fitness & Performance to fit all needs.
We offer our clients stand alone Mobile services, stand alone Telehealth services, as well as, a combination package of Mobile and Telehealth services, when it is determined at the client’s initial consultation that is important for the achievement of the client’s goals.

- 10 sessions of Rehabilitation services
- 10 sessions of Health & Wellness Coaching services
- 10 sessions of Fitness & Performance training sessions
Ultimate Packages
Platinum Health Span Elite Package, includes:
- 10 sessions of Rehabilitation services, 10 sessions of Health & Wellness Coaching and 10 sessions of Fitness Training for a total of 30 sessions
Gold Health Span High Performer Package, includes:
- 10 sessions of Rehabilitation services and 10 sessions of Health & Wellness Coaching for a total of 20 sessions.
Diamond Health Span Exclusive Package, includes:
- 10 sessions of Fitness & Performance Training and 10 sessions of Health & Wellness Coaching sessions for a total of 20 sessions.
NexGen Rehab and Wellness is a fee-for-service Mobile and Telehealth Healthcare service and payment is due in full at each session. The rate for treatment sessions and other services vary, so please call us at 951-344-6141 to inquire about pricing.

We are a fee-for-service clinic that is not in-network with any insurances. Upon request, receipts can be provided that include the necessary codes to send self-claims to your insurance company.
